We’ve reserved a hotel block for our guests at the Marriott Birmingham Homewood for October 9th to 11th, 2026. Homewood is a charming area known for its great restaurants, local shops, and welcoming atmosphere. This hotel is perfect for guests who want to explore a little during their stay! The Marriott Birmingham Homewood is about a 20 to 25 minute drive from our wedding venue, The Sonnet House in Leeds, Alabama, offering a convenient option for those attending the celebration.

We’ve also reserved a hotel block for our guests at Courtyard by Marriott Birmingham Grandview for the weekend of October 9th to 11th, 2026. This brand-new modern hotel is located right off Highway 280 near The Summit, an upscale shopping center with plenty of restaurants and stores! Guests can use the reservation link to book their stay, and the link next to it includes additional hotel information. All hotel photos will be available once the property completes final preparations. The hotel is approximately a 20 to 25 minute drive from our wedding venue.

Courtyard by Marriott Birmingham Grandview

We’ve reserved an additional hotel block at the Hampton Inn Leeds for October 9th to 11th, 2026. This hotel is the closest option to our wedding venue at just about a 5 to 10 minute drive! While the Hampton Inn offers comfort and proximity, guests should note that the immediate area has fewer restaurants and activities compared to other parts of Birmingham. It is a quiet and simple place to stay, perfect for anyone who prefers being as close as possible to the venue.

Lastly, we’ve reserved a hotel block for our guests at SpringHill Suites Birmingham Colonnade for the weekend of October 9th to 11th, 2026. This hotel is located just off Highway 280 in the Colonnade. The Colonnade area offers a wide variety of dining options from casual bites to upscale restaurants, so there will be plenty of places to eat, relax, and enjoy the weekend. The hotel is approximately a 20 to 25 minute drive from our wedding venue.

We would love for our guests to join us in formal attire for our wedding celebration. For men, we encourage dark-colored suits. For the women, elegant gowns or ankle-length dresses are preferred! We want everyone to feel comfortable in what they are wearing while still dressing elegantly for the occasion!
